- Lofty (Chime) CRM — when you submit a form, your information is sent securely to my client relationship management system to help me follow up. Lofty stores contact information under industry-standard encryption and security.
- krishnaavuthu.lpthomesearch.com (IDX) — my MLS listing search portal. When you click "Search Listings," you'll be taken to this third-party site, which operates under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube API services — if videos are embedded on this Site, they use YouTube's player. By using those videos, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may collect aggregate usage data but does not track individuals.
Contact form and email communications
This Site provides forms and an email address (realtorkrisavuthu@gmail.com) so that you may contact me directly with any questions or comments you may have. I read every message received and make efforts to respond promptly — typically within 24 hours.

- Request deletion of your information (subject to my legal record-keeping obligations)

Security of your information

Data submitted through forms is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and stored in secured cloud systems (Firebase, Lofty CRM) operated by reputable providers with strong security practices.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, I cannot guarantee absolute security and cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access or abuse this Site.
Children's privacy
This Site is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this Site, please contact me and I will delete it promptly.
