Client relationship

Submitting a form, sending an email, or otherwise contacting me through this Site does not automatically create a client relationship. A formal client relationship begins only when we sign a written Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement as required by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA).

Until such an agreement is signed, any information shared with me through this Site is considered preliminary and non-binding. I encourage all visitors to read the RECO information guide before entering into a real estate representation agreement.

Use of the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Forms, communications, and CASL

When you submit a contact form or home valuation request, you consent to me responding to your inquiry by email, phone, SMS, or other electronic means. Your submission is sent to my client relationship management system (Lofty CRM) and is used to follow up on your request and provide real estate services you've asked about.

By submitting a form, you confirm that you have the legal authority to provide the contact information you've entered, and you consent to receive electronic communications from me in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may opt out of communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting me directly.
